We note here defense also filed 3/18/24 requesting permission to file Exhibit L under seal on the grounds he proffered 6 days earlier regarding Exhibit K that the documents described within "contain facts or statements that might threaten or endanger the life or safety of individuals" without further explanation. We also discuss the fact that the court entered an order granting defense's request to file Exhibit L under seal.
