Kohberger criminal case of Scofield vs. Guillard. This is a civil case that has been proceeding since December 21, 2022 in federal court for money damages which has been proceeding in federal court since December 21, 2022 and which is scheduled to go to jury trial in February 2026.

In Episode 5, we provide an update on the State of California vs. Nick Reiner case. On this date, January 7, 2026, which was supposed to be Mr. Reiner's arraignment proceeding, his counsel Alan Jackson withdrew from further representation ,the public defender was appointed to represent Mr. Reinter, and his arrangement was adjourned now for the third time to February 23, 2026. Mr. Reiner has been charged with two counts of unalivings with special circumstances concerning his father well-known director/actor Rob Reiner and his mother photographer/producer Michele Reiner at their family home in Brentwood, California.
