Welcome back! In episode 3 I'm talking about my full cystic acne journey and how I cured my cystic acne from the inside out by changing my diet. In this episode, I speak about my genetic pre-disposition to acne and how my previous lifestyle was not helping it whatsoever. Although we are genetically made up in a certain way, our lifestyle and how we live our day to day lives has a major impact on our skin and overall bodies. 

I speak about the changes I've made to my diet and how I try to live an ACID-FREE life during my day to day in order to keep my skin as clear as possible. We live in a world of instant gratification; where medication is used to instantaneously heal our symptoms rather than working through them to get to the root cause. I'm trying day by day to heal the root cause of my acne through alkaline foods! Give it a listen.
