With a lot of changes in the offseason, KC needs to rely on veteran leadership from midfielder Lo’eau LaBonta to bring the team together. The biggest burning question for Kansas City heading into 2022: Will the hype for KC Current translate to the pitch? Kristen discusses her offseason, spending time with her family back home in Jersey and now starting preseason in Florida with the Current. She discusses that despite the big changeover from last season in KC to this season, with new coaching staff, front office staff, the team is really hype and is very excited to see what the season brings. The team is hoping to build off of the end of 2021 season and grow with the new players in 2022.
