Hey everyone, thanks for checking in with us. So today is the 1st of May, which in the UK is mental health awareness month, so we thought we’d make today’s episode all about just that. We talk about our relationship to mental health and how it isn’t as straightforward as we think, we talk about things we do every day for our mental health and how much discipline plays a part in all of it.
Today also marks the start of our 30 Keep Growing Challenge, where over on our Instagram page we’ll be posting a daily idea, activity or thought that we hope can make your day a bit brighter and overall improve your mental health in the long run. We hope you’ll take part and have a go at making this month potentially your best one of the year so far!
