We speak about 2020 and a quote by Steve Jobs “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future" .  We can all agree that 2020 is going to be a memorable year for many reasons. I talk about the incidence that took place last week, the unfortunate death of Naya Rivera, NicoleTv and John Travolta's wife. I tell a short story about witnessing when a body was found in the park while I was taking my morning walk. I speak as well about the emotional roller coaster that I have been going through and the importance of a strong support system. Its important that during these times we really focus on our mental health. 

We are talking about the importance of being mindful of "What We Put Energy On" and "The Power of Words". We have to be the energy we want to attract. Today we discuss if you are putting energy on things/situations that will help you grow as a person. I believe in the "law of attraction" and that we attract what we say, think and believe. 

I am talking about the importance of "living in the moment"and acknowledging all the good things in our lives. I tell stories of moments in my life that I wish that I was more grateful for all the good things that was happening to me. I talk about my experience in dance school and my childhood in Sweden. I feel that so many people are either living in the past or in the future and on this episode, we focus on ways we can start living in the present.

"I hope she/he does not ghost me". I have heard this way too many times. Today we discuss the reasons people might ghost you. I reflect on past experiences and talk about the impact being ghosted on can have. It's important to remember that we can't let anyone make us loose sleep over them not wanting to have us in their life. I will talk about the importance of MOVING ON if you have been ghosted and things not do.
