You have the right to privacy as you live the Christian way of life. Others should keep their nose out of your business, and you are mandated by God to do the same. “He who guards his mouth and his tongue, guards his soul from trouble” (Prov 21:23). You can destroy your life by running your mouth. During His time on earth, the Lord Jesus Christ set the example for how we are to live. He expected privacy from the disciples. “Then the disciples came to Jesus privately” (Matt 17:19). Stay out of other people’s business. Give them privacy. If you are nosy and judge others, God can take the discipline from them and give it to you. “For in the way you judge, you will be judged” (Matt 7:2).
