Cody and Colby are joined in Studio 34 by Head Coach Todd Winfrey and Defensive Coordinator Jed Anderson.  Coach Winfrey catches us up what he has been up to since the last time he was on the show.  He talks about his experience playing in the band "3rd and Long" for July 4th at Kicking It In Canyon. We get to know Coach Anderson and what makes him such a good defensive coordinator.  He shares about his family and how he ended up in Canyon. Both Coach Winfrey and Coach Anderson then preview this season's team. They highlight the seniors that will be playing this year along with what players to watch on offense and defense.

We are back again at the new studio (Joe's Barbershop) located off the square in Canyon. Joining us this time is Ben and Tristi Weston,  Ben is an US Army veteran and graduate of Canyon High School. Ben shares with us about his military experiences and being no stranger to Facebook jail.  Tristi is in marketing, as well as an entrepreneur and photographer. She is also a Canyon High School graduate.   Tristi talks to us about her dad, Coach Teddy Giddens, and how she became the woman she is today because of him. Ben and Tristi discuss how they were able to help get Ben's  translator, Naweed, out of Afghanistan in August 2021 when the military suddenly pulled all of the troops out at once. Amazing story!!  They discuss with us about adapting over to civilian life after the military.  You will also learn what Lonesome Dove actor was one of Ben's groomsmen at his and Tristi's wedding. So many good stories and laughs in this episode!!!
