Keeping It Israel

In this Interview, Jeff talks to Gidon Ariel, Co-Founder of Root Source, from his home near Hebron in Judea and Samaria. Gidon gives his perspective of why Israel had to attack Iran and why those in the West who value freedom and democracy should be supportive of Israel's actions. Together, Jeff and Gidon visualize a bright future for Israel and Iran; one that aligns with prophecies in the Bible.

Gidon Ariel is the founder and CEO of Root-Source, an organization dedicated to promoting respectful relationships between Christians and Jews. Root-Source brings knowledgeable, Israeli teachers and curious Christians together to study the Jewish texts and concepts that are foundational to their faith. Gidon is also a former Officer in the IDF Spokesperson's Unit.

In this exciting conversation, Jeff talks to Omri Toppol of Temple Mount Soil (https://www.templemountsoil.com) a business developed to raise funds for the Temple Mount Sifting Project in Jerusalem and to get the precious soil that was carelessly removed from the Temple Mount into the hands of those who really care about it.

When Muslim authorities of the Temple Mount permitted 250 Truck loads - over 5000 tons -  of soil to be removed from the Temple Mount and dumped in the Kidron Valley without any proper archaeological excavation, the Temple Mount Sifting Project began. Since then, Archaeologists and volunteers have been carefully sifting through the discarded soil and have discovered 600,000 precious artifacts, many of which are directly linked to biblical and Jewish history on the Temple Mount.

Although the soil from the Temple Mount is considered "garbage" to Muslim authorities on the Temple Mount, it is precious to those who revere and respect Jewish and biblical history on that sacred Mount - the holiest place in Judaism and a site that has special value to Jesus and to Christians everywhere. In order to raise funds to continue the excavation process, Omri has founded TMS which collects certified soil from the Temple Mount that was discarded, and markets it to those who treasure biblical history.

In this episode of our FAQ series, Jeff talks to Stephen Briggs of Hatikvah Films and the newly launched podcast "Israel Matters" about Zionism.  Following the murder of 2 Jewish,  Israeli Embassy staff members in Washington (Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim) Jeff and Steve discuss what the Bible has to say about what lies behind the tragedy.  Steve opens the Bible to share what it has to say about Zion, Jerusalem and the miraculous rebirth of the nation of Israel. Why are the nations against Zionism? Why is antisemitism on the rise? Why are Israel's enemies so violently opposed to any Jews living in the Land of Israel? Find out what the Bible has to say about it in this fascinating discussion.

In this episode of "Keeping it Israel" (First Century Foundations' Podcast) Jeff talks to Bob O’Dell, a high-tech entrepreneur and a returning guest (and friend!). Through this insightful conversation, Bob explains why Christians SHOULD be using ArtificiaI Intelligence right now as much as possible, in order to shape the future of AI. He explains that the prophet Daniel foretold the development of AI in a very specific way that is being fulfilled right now. Interestingly, this prophecy began being fulfilled rapidly since Israel conquered Jerusalem in 1967. Bob is passionate about encouraging Christians to use AI because it is shaping the future of not only Israel's physical war, but also the virtual propaganda war that is shaping world opinion right now. According to Bob, AI has powerful potential to spread Truth about the Israeli conflict, but only if it is utilized by Christians and Truth-Tellers, especially those who uphold biblical values.

Bob is co-founder of Root Source and organization that exists to enable, encourage, and enrich relationships between pro-Israel Christians and Jews on a basis of mutual respect and love.

In this interview, Jeff talks to Pastor Ryan Warren of Gateway Church in Dallas Texas. Ryan's journey into ministry took an unconventional path. He began as a professional hip-hop dancer alongside artists like Destiny’s Child, Carrie Underwood, and Kari Jobe. Before long, he traveled the country, bringing the art of dance back to a heart of worship.

In 2015, Ryan joined the Gateway Church staff as a Creative Director and a Pastor to creative artists. Currently, he serves as the Discipleship Pastor at the Dallas Campus, where he is passionate about serving the congregants and the surrounding Jewish community. He is deeply involved in Jewish advocacy, being a part of Patricia Heaton’s O7C, as well as Holocaust and Historical Antisemitism from the Christian Church education.  Ryan received his Bachelor’s in Psychology and minor in biblical studies at Dallas Baptist University and is currently pursuing his Master’s of Divinity in Messianic Jewish Studies at The King’s University.

In this podcast, Ryan helps us answer the commonly asked question about how Christians can practically show solidarity with Israel and the Jewish community today in the face of unrelenting global antisemitism.
