Thinking about hiring… but keep telling yourself you’ll do it “when you’re ready”?
This is one of the biggest growth bottlenecks I see in business owners.
In this episode, I’m breaking down how to hire strategically without overspending, overcomplicating, or making emotional decisions that don’t actually move your business forward.
Because hiring isn’t about building a big team…
👉 It’s about buying back your time so you can finally step into your role as CEO.
I’ll walk you through the exact framework I use in my own business (and with my clients) to go from overwhelmed and doing everything yourself… to having support that actually works.
What You’ll Learn in This Episode
Why waiting to hire is keeping you stuck (and what to do instead)
The difference between time tasks vs growth tasks (this will change how you hire forever)
How to avoid the most common hiring mistakes (hint: it’s not about finding the “right person”)
A simple framework to help you decide what to delegate, when, and to who
How to stop “throwing tasks” at people and start creating real support in your business
Ready for the Next Step?
If this episode hit home, it’s probably time to stop doing everything yourself.
Inside The Business Circle, I help you simplify your business, make more money, and build real support without burnout or overwhelm.

Ever feel like your business can’t run without you?
Like if you step away for even a day… everything pauses, piles up, or falls apart?
In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of a full week I spent at Disney with my daughter, granddaughter and family and how my business kept running, clients were still being served, and payments were still coming in… without me being glued to my laptop.
But this isn’t a “look at me on vacation” episode.
This is a real conversation about what it actually takes to build a business that supports your life instead of consuming it.
Because here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear:
👉 Freedom in business isn’t just about strategy.👉 It’s about identity, safety, and how you’ve built your business from the ground up.
Inside this episode, I break down:
The mindset shift that allowed me to even believe this kind of business was possible
Why most entrepreneurs accidentally build themselves a job (and how to avoid it)
The business model shift that allowed me to stop trading time for money
How systems, automation, and a small but mighty team keep things running behind the scenes
The real reason most people can’t step away from their business (hint: it’s not what you think)
How your nervous system and identity impact your ability to actually experience freedom
This episode is for you if:
You feel like your business depends on you being “on” all the time
You’ve created success… but not the freedom you thought would come with it
You’re constantly busy but not seeing the results you want
You want to build a business that actually supports your life, not runs it
Because the goal isn’t just to make money.
It’s to build a business that allows you to live your life… fully present, without constantly checking your phone or thinking about what needs to be done next.
You don’t just need better strategy.
You need to become the version of you who feels safe having the freedom you say you want.

Episode Description
What if the secret to magnetic content, irresistible offers, and a business that actually grows... was hiding in the answers your ideal client is already dying to give you?
In this episode, Gina gets honest about the thing most business owners skip — truly, deeply understanding the people they serve. Not through guesswork or Google. Through real conversations, the right questions, and a willingness to listen in a way that changes everything.
She shares exactly what she did before The Business Circle was even created, the four questions that transformed her content and her offers, and the mindset shift that has to happen first before any of it works.
If you've been creating content that feels flat, building offers you're not sure people actually want, or wondering why your message isn't landing — this episode is going to shift something for you.
In This Episode You'll Learn
Why your business will only grow to the level of problems you're willing to solve — and what that really means
The two levels of problem solving every business owner needs to master
What Gina did before launching The Business Circle — and why you should steal it
The exact four questions that will transform how you understand your ideal client
How to turn those four questions into a month of content that actually resonates
The identity shift that has to happen before any strategy will work
Key Takeaways:
Your business will grow to the level of problems you are willing to solve. This isn't just about strategy. It works on two levels — solving your own problems first, and then getting obsessed with solving your clients'. You cannot skip either one.
Problem solving starts with YOU. The tech, the fear, the resistance, the hard days — all of it requires the same thing: deciding on an identity level that you are someone who figures things out. That decision changes everything.
Your clients will tell you exactly how to speak to them — if you let them talk. Before The Business Circle launched, Gina interviewed at least twenty past clients, offering a free thirty minute coaching session in exchange for twenty questions. What came back shaped the entire programme — the curriculum, the messaging, the language. That's the power of getting close to your people.
The four questions turn into your content plan. When you know what your ideal client is Googling at 2am, what they want more than anything, what's already let them down, and what winning looks like for them — you stop guessing. You start speaking directly to someone you know. And that's when content starts to feel easy.
The Four Questions to Understand Your Ideal Client:
Use these to get clarity on your ideal client AND your next month of content:
What is your client Googling at 2am? — The raw, real version of their problem, not the polished one
What do they want more than anything right now? — Meet them in the want, guide them to the need
What have they already tried — and why did it let them down? — This is where you find your edge and your positioning
What does winning actually look like for them? — Sell the outcome, not the process

You ever have those days where you’re like:
👉 “Okay… THIS is my week. I’m finally going to be consistent.”
…and then 48 hours later you’re: 👉 off track 👉 avoiding things 👉 questioning your entire business 👉 and reorganizing something that did not need reorganizing 😅
Yeah.
Let’s talk about it.
Because here’s the truth:
You don’t have a consistency problem. You have a structure problem.
And in this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of how I actually run my business…
So I can show up consistently even when I don’t feel like it.
🔥 In This Episode, You’ll Learn:
If you’ve been struggling with inconsistency, burnout, overthinking, or feeling like you’re constantly starting over, this one is going to land.
We’re diving into:
✨ Why doing “more” is actually what’s keeping you inconsistent ✨ The shift that helped me stop relying on motivation and start building momentum
✨ How to identify your true business non-negotiables (the only things that actually move the needle)
✨ What most people are doing that feels productive but isn’t growing their business
✨ How I use systems and automation to reduce how much I have to show up
✨ The exact way I structure my week using CEO theme days
✨ How to reduce decision fatigue and stop overthinking what to do every day
✨ Why structure doesn’t remove resistance—but changes how you respond to it
CEO or Employee?
You might have a business… but are you actually operating like a CEO? Or are you reacting to your day, waiting until you “feel like it,” and staying busy without really moving things forward?
These are two very different ways of running a business and they lead to very different results.
Grab the CEO vs Employee Mindset Checklist to quickly see how you’re currently operating, what’s keeping you stuck, and what needs to shift so your business can actually grow.
If you’re ready to take this deeper, this is exactly the kind of work we do inside The Business Circle. Less overthinking, more structure, and real follow-through so you’re not just learning this, you’re actually living it.
Give your business a glow up and join today 👉 The Business Circle.
You ever sit down to work on your business and suddenly…
👉 you’re reorganizing your folders 👉 checking Instagram “for a second” 👉 convincing yourself you need more clarity first
…instead of doing the thing you said you would?
Yeah. Same.
So the real question is:
Why do you keep avoiding the things that would actually grow your business… even when you KNOW what to do?
This episode is your answer.
And no—it’s not because you’re lazy. It’s not because you lack discipline. And it’s definitely not because you need another strategy.
It’s because your subconscious patterns and emotional conditioning are running the show.
In This Episode, You’ll Learn:
If you’ve been stuck in cycles of procrastination, overthinking, inconsistency, or self-sabotage, this is going to connect some dots in a BIG way.
We’re diving into:
✨ Why mindset work alone doesn’t create change (and what’s missing)
✨ What’s actually happening in your brain and body when you feel resistance
✨ The truth about the “if it’s not a hell yes, it’s a hell no” mindset (and how it’s keeping you stuck)
✨ Why high performers, CEOs, and athletes take action—even when they don’t feel like it
✨ How to stop waiting for motivation and start building real consistency
✨ The difference between misalignment vs. discomfort (this is HUGE)
✨ How to interrupt emotional patterns that lead to avoidance and procrastination
✨ The 3-step process to rewire your habits, identity, and follow-through

Inside The Business Circle, you get:
👉 coaching to catch your patterns in real time
👉 support to follow through (even when it’s uncomfortable)
👉 strategy + structure so you’re not spinning in circles
👉 and a room full of women doing this work with you

You’re actually becoming it.
If this hit?
Send it to a friend who’s stuck in their own patterns or share it on Instagram and tag me—I love seeing what lands for you 💛
You’re not lazy. You’re not inconsistent. And you definitely don’t need another color-coded to-do list.
So why do you keep saying you’re going to do something… and then not doing it?
In this episode, we’re going deeper than we ever have before into what’s actually running the show in your business—and spoiler alert… it’s not your goals.
If you’ve ever felt like:
you know exactly what to do… but you’re not doing it
you start strong and then fall back into old patterns
you’re doing the mindset work but still feel stuck
This episode is going to connect a lot of dots.
We’re talking about:
the real difference between your conscious and subconscious mind
why your body is often in control (not your willpower)
what’s happening on a chemical level when you think a thought
how you unknowingly create emotional patterns that repeat daily
and why positive thinking alone isn’t enough to create change
This isn’t about “trying harder.”
It’s about understanding the system you’ve been running… so you can finally start changing it.
Inside this episode:
Why knowing what to do isn’t the problem
The 5% vs 95% reality of how your mind operates
How your subconscious programs get created (and why they feel like “you”)
The autopilot effect that’s quietly running your habits
The thought → feeling → thought loop that keeps you stuck
How your body can become dependent on familiar emotional states
Why you keep going back to old patterns (even when you don’t want to)
The identity loop that shapes your results
A question to take with you:
What part of me is actually in control right now?
If this episode hit…
Share it with someone who’s been saying “I know what to do… I’m just not doing it.”
Because chances are… they’re not broken either.
If you’re ready to stop operating on autopilot and actually start creating change in your business…
Come join us inside https://thebusinesscircle.ca/https://thebusinesscircle.ca/ where we don’t just talk about growth…
We build it, together.
You can have the strategy. The plan. The ideas.
…and still feel like your business isn’t working the way it should.
This episode is a real, honest look at what’s actually going on in those moments.
Because more often than not… it’s not about doing more.
It’s about what’s happening in the in-between moments — when you soften your message, hesitate before selling, or convince yourself to “wait a little longer.”
The part most people miss?
👉 It’s not a strategy problem. 👉 It’s what you’re doing inside the strategy.
In this episode, I’m breaking down:
why you can be “doing everything” and still not getting results
the subtle ways you weaken your own execution (without realizing it)
what self-awareness actually looks like in real time (not after the fact)
the small, quiet decisions that are either building your business… or draining it
…and the simple mindset shift I used that changed everything:
👉 courage over comfort
If you’ve ever thought: “I know what to do… I’m just not doing it”
This one will hit.
💭 A question to take with you:
Where are you choosing comfort… when what your business actually needs is courage?

Ever feel like you’re doing everything in your business… but still not getting the results you want?
This episode might be your wake-up call.
After a quiet moment by the ocean this weekend, I found myself reflecting on how far I’ve come—and how different my life and business could look if I hadn’t shifted a few key patterns along the way.
And if I struggled with these… there’s a really good chance you are too.
In this episode, I’m walking you through 3 ways I was secretly sabotaging my own growth—and what changed when I finally saw them for what they were.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about what’s actually keeping you stuck:
waiting until you feel ready
choosing comfort and calling it “being responsible”
staying busy instead of doing what actually moves the needle
I also share the mindset shift that helped me take action before I felt ready, how I stopped hiding in “productive” tasks, and why the version of you that builds the business you want… requires a different way of thinking and operating.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re meant for more but haven’t fully gone all in yet…
This episode will challenge you in the best way.

Have you ever had someone look at your offer and say:
"I can’t afford it."
If you’re a business owner, that phrase can send your brain into a spiral.
You start questioning everything.
Is my pricing too high? Am I asking for too much? Do people not see the value in what I do?
But here’s the truth most entrepreneurs don’t realize:
People don’t buy what they can afford. They buy what they value.
In today’s episode of Keeping It Real with Gina Keeping, I’m pulling back the curtain on how buying decisions actually work and why understanding this can completely change the way you think about selling.
Because the reality is, people make buying decisions emotionally first… and justify them logically afterward.
And sometimes the biggest thing keeping people stuck isn’t the cost of investing.
It’s the cost of doing nothing.
In this short but powerful episode, we unpack:
Why people say something is “too expensive”
How emotional buying decisions actually work
The difference between quick fixes and real transformation
Why value perception matters when you’re selling
The hidden cost of staying stuck in your business
If you’ve ever struggled with selling your services, pricing your offers, or hearing objections like “I can’t afford it,” this episode will completely shift the way you think about value and investment.
And if you’re someone building a business right now, this might also challenge you to look at where you’re investing your time, energy, and money.
Because at the end of the day…
We always find money for what we truly value.

It started with a plant. 🌸
In this episode, I'm sharing a personal story that turned into another business lesson from mama nature and it all started the day I walked into my friend's house and fell in love with her plant.
I have always loved plants, but they didn’t love me. I had zero green thumb. But I took home that little clipping, and I was determined to grow the same beautiful flower I'd seen.
What followed was three years of waiting, adjusting, getting frustrated, getting curious, and ultimately watching her bloom into something more stunning than I ever imagined.
Sound familiar? Because that journey? It's your business.
In this episode, you'll learn:
✦ Why the results you can't see yet are often the most important ones
✦ How to swap frustration for curiosity and why that one shift changes everything
✦ Why the strategy that got you to your first level won't get you to the next one
✦ How to recognize when it's time to pivot not quit
✦ The 3 questions to ask yourself this week to get honest about where you are and where you're headed
This episode is for you if: you're showing up consistently but not seeing results yet, you're questioning whether your business is actually working, or you know something needs to change but you're not sure what.
Reflection Questions from This Episode:
1. Where in your business are you waiting for the bloom and are you truly trusting the process?
2. Where could you swap frustration for curiosity right now?
3. Is there a strategy you're still using that served you then, but might be limiting you now?
