This is a bit extra info from the last episode, episode 86. War on History. I gathered this info from the great researcher/writer Graham Hancock and his supporting authorities in their field.

Ancients temples, artifacts, and monuments have been destroyed throughout time. History is important to inform us where we have been, what we have accomplished, and if we have evolved OR devolved! I will be covering some instances through more modern times where dictators have burned books, and killed men and women with great wisdom. This represented danger to the ideology of that dictator. They want to limit knowledge to control people with their agenda. Knowledge is the possibility of power when put to use. It's all about CONTROL.

With some examination I have found that this has happened through out all time periods. Larger monolithic structures that have been left behind are much harder to make disappear (like the pyramids for example). But still I have found in current times historical sites are being blown up! Defaced, or destroyed! Artifacts are stolen or captured into private hidden collections. Not enough people are aware or they don't seem to even care. 

Now on to a touchy topic...Religion. Not many people question the roots of where their sacred text have been derived. They just have faith. Which is a beautiful thing. From my research into the oldest written language available, I discovered many interesting facts. Sumerian cuneiform tablets contain the stories of almost every major faith people live their lives by to this day. 7 days of creation, the flood, human creation, the garden of eden, 10 commandments...and there are more. These stories appear to be borrowed from the oldest civilized writings we have in our possession. 

1000's more of them have yet to be translated. Many of them have been destroyed. Maybe because they could change our understanding of our origins. Maybe there is an agenda to control YOU, keeping you locked into the paradigm of the modern narrative. History is important. Erasing it, even the bad parts, doesn't serve us! We need to know the good, the bad, and the ugly. As individual humans we can't just erase our bad experiences. They are actually important for us to learn from. Any successful person will remind you failure and mistakes are how they got to the top!

We know exercise is good for your muscles, bones, tendons, lungs, heart, etc. The basics.

Im going to share some little know facts that you get from exercise that are very important.

1. Slow or stop cognitive decline - This is important for everyone young or old. Beta amyloid plaques build up over a life time causing horrible diseases of the mind!

2. Relationship to Pain - Exercise can condition your mind and body to handle pain better. In so many ways you haven't considered.

3. Be more HAPPY! - In studies exercise has proven as effective as many drugs on the market. But, you get all benefit and no side-effects! Plus all the endorphins released.

4. Slow Aging - Yes, its true. Biologically I will explain just how this happen down to the DNA level!

5. Major Illness can IMPROVE with exercise - The old paradigm from the DR was if your sick stay in bed. Studies now show improvements in heart disease, diabetes, asthma, and even cancer!

6. Better SEX - This should be obvious, but ill share some studies just how this works.

7. Learn self-acceptance - We all have physical and genetic limitations. Exercise programs can illuminate these and help you accept yourself better. You learn so many lessons following a regular exercise program. Learning to accept and love who you are is very important in our age of comparison.

As these topics rap up, me and Dan sling some conspiracy FACT info. The trash put into food and drinks, AG-GAG laws, Corporations, Government, and FDA involvement. Its always hard to find this info. As google and the powers that be suppress search results. I personally used Duck Duck Go search engine. A bit of enlightening extra info on the last (5 - 10) minutes.

We all know the power of sound to move you. Make you feel emotional. Maybe even spiritual. There is much more to sound frequencies than the average person is aware of. Let's discuss sound that is actually studied to reform cellular structure, water, and DNA in a purifying way!

What is a Solfeggio frequency or scale? It is an ancient set of specific notes and tonality that was replaced with our current 12 note melodic scale. Around the 10th century it disappeared. Egyptians & Greeks recorded using it for healing and spiritual reasons. Its theorized dating back to even Sumerian times!

Literally it was replaced during a dominant period of the Roman church or Vatican period. Very suspicious of course. I always question their involvement with anything! Luckily it was re-discovered in the 1970's! A brilliant man using the pythagorean math method decoded it.

So many studies have been performed using Solfeggio sounds. 

Harvard has many studies reducing stress and anxiety. 

Dr. Masuru Emoto conducted years of well documented studies restructuring water, removing pollution, and more. Check Youtube to see his videos, also he wrote a book on the findings. ( remember your body is around 70% water)

The BP oil spill was cleaned in a specific area by blasting these sounds into the water for a day. Dr. and lab verified it cleaned the water and brought back fish. 

I found lots of studies spanning different years unwinding and repairing DNA with a consistent 5 - 9% improvement. Thats in short term. Imagine long term exposure?

Everything these days is about a quick fix, drugs and Dr's. I feel we are almost brainwashed to bypass info like this. Or to question the main stream narrative. You automatically disbelieve or dismiss unorthodox methods, history, and science. Now days you must question things before you just believe. Lies come from the people we should trust. Try to think for your own self. I say it not as a cut down. You and me have been CONDITIONED to not think and make excuses. OK, I'LL STOP!

I found an excellent source. Thats free. It's actually not hard to find these days. If nothing else find one you like for sleep or meditation. Hell, maybe when you're doing mindless chores or reading a book. Look up the following artist and album on Youtube or Spotify. They also have a website.

How do you change your life if its attracting negative things? Jay and guest Danny are diving into this topic.

Energy, vibration, and frequency. This is what holds the universe together. You are trillions of cells, but most of it is empty space. All those aspects I mentioned are controlling what holds matter in space together. You control what Vibes you put out around your body. Yes, fact is we emit measurable vibrational energy from our heart and brain! Quite a distance in fact, enough to affect our surroundings.

Your vibrations are scientifically proven to be HIGHER when you're in a positive state. Love being the highest. Hate and fear being on the bottom of the scale. Are you living as your most authentic self? I assure you many lie to themselves with stories of how shity they have it. It's all how they are the victim. This has the tendency to bring you MORE negativity into your life. While the positive person seems to get along with everyone. Open doors to opportunities pop up everywhere. It's no coincidence. Yet we normally resign to the idea, "They are just always lucky."

Can you learn to stop dwelling on the negative? To stop worrying what everyone thinks of you?

Being authentically yourself, and focusing on gratitude, love, peace, and joy, will raise your VIBES! Stand tall, make eye contact with people, say hi to a stranger, smile more often. These are ways to magnetically change your energy and bring the best in life YOUR direction. It sounds esoteric or woo-woo. But there are scientific facts here. We will talk about subjects covering experiences in life relating to the vibration force emitted from negative and positive people you can relate to. Yes, you have experienced it and probably just didn't pay attention.

Listen and learn about these mysterious subjects. So you can use them for better results in your life!

You may claim to be a fearless wonder of the world. But the truth is every one has fears. 

People have lives consumed with fear and take meds to get by. Some just worry about more simple mundane things like public speaking or roller coasters. While few truly face the fear of death doing a dangerous job, being attacked by a tiger, or eating enough to survive another day. Truth is, the majority of people in the world are experiencing the safest times ever known. Very rarely does anyone struggle for anything. I see supposed homeless and poor people who are fat and have a cell phone!

So why is fear so prevalent? We are surrounded by TV's, computers, and phones non-stop talking about what you should fear. Then people of course love to gossip about the latest statistics around crime, pandemics, wars, etc. 

It's going to take conscious steps to accomplish things if fear is holding you back. So this episode covers putting fear in its place behind you as you move forward. I mean all fears big or small! Use any or all of these steps I discuss to accomplish your mission. Get ready to take notes. ( p.s. F*** you fear!)

Pharmaceutical companies, Government, and The Pandemic are all working together. (Also the world wide media), but let's stay focused on the 3 that I mentioned. I will illuminate the lack of honor, integrity, and generally evil practices going on by discussing documents you can look up yourself! 

After covering drug companies and the governments heinous crimes, then I connect the pandemic. All the lies you've been told. The TRUE studies on efficacy of medicine your told will save you and other innocent people. Like helpless granny and the poor children. Take one, no take 2, no there is a variant take 3, be safe for sure have 4! WHAT! 

Natural immunity (which is just immunity) has been demonized. Follow the trail of bread crumbs as I go through drug studies, court indictments, lies from everyone including the media. All this factual information should help you open your mind. It's appalling! Stop just living comfortable. Demand better from all those being mentioned. 

You will find out even in the most extreme cases of premeditated murder, NOT ONE PERSON goes to jail. Looses their job. Or has their company shut down. No matter what case I speak of, the worst outcome I see is fines. Which amounts to nothing but a slap on the wrist for the massive amounts of money these entities make! BILLIONS A YEAR.

Since this is all true, it may be nauseating or hard to believe. YOU NEED TO KNOW! You vote with your money, and your complacency! We give these people power! Otherwise they loose it. We can't be afraid to stand up for our rights and the truth! 

Also please notice as the pandemic narrative started to die, then Ukraine/Russia hits. Will smith slap! Like they want to change your attention. Its like it never existed. HUH??? Think! We can't forget. Lots of people died! Those responsible need to be held accountable! Come on folks! I am putting a target on myself for each and every person because I care.

Most the things we will discuss are emphatically false! Some fall in the middle ground. But, these statements as absolutes with no color in between is WRONG!

3. High reps burn more fat, low reps grow more muscle. - This is no fact for sure. But there is lots of variables to consider.

4. Cardio is the best way to burn fat. - This is another statement that misses the mark. This is one way...but the best?

5. Squats & Deadlifts are not essential. - These are movements you should strive to be functional in for your entire life...but why?

6. Meat is bad for you. - This one absolutely has an agenda behind it. Meat is the most complete source of amino acids you can get, and soooo much more! 

7. Being fat is healthy. - You have probably seen this on magazine covers, TV, and the internet. You might be happy...but healthy, your being lied too. Another shadowy agenda lurks here.

Starting in the 1970's, The Gateway Project was a classified CIA study involving biomedicine, quantum mechanics, theoretical, and newtonian physics. For synchronizing the 2 hemispheres of the brain to traverse time and space as well as heal your body. NO SERIOUSLY! 

Bob Monroe was the lead scientist in this government study on altered consciousness, and had personally already had success himself and with others. Enough so to engage the CIA for millions of dollars over 13 years. This made large groups available for these studies (mostly military personnel) and allow Monroe to refine and better develop procedures. 

The declassified document from 1983 doesn't disclose participant names, but does elaborate on results. Time travel (past & future), out of body experiences, hypnotic learning, inter-dimensional travel, spirits, angels, demons, other unidentifiable lifeforms, and more! Woah, that's crazy shit! Right? Well, not according to these documents written up by a high ranking military official. There are actual warnings in the document about how to deal with "intelligent non-corporal beings." 

The Monroe Institute is still operational. You can check out their website offering expensive training protocols. I doubt seriously whatever extreme  training was discovered by US government would be available for civilians. Also some of Monroe's audio recordings are for sale even on Amazon! This is a wild ride digging through this study. I am no where near covering all that it entails in this podcast. Research it for yourself and have fun. Just shows you there is so much the general public doesn't have a clue about. 

There are so many secrets and knowledge every person should have access to. Whats most discouraging is how often you find politicians, large corporations, and world wide authorities LYING over and over to us. So I intend to do these podcasts more in the future. To expand our awareness and thinking. Open your mind. Maybe once a month, maybe every 2, I dunno. Just keep an eye out...cause i guarantee it will be interesting, educational, and entertaining!
