We are all beautiful, and we all struggle. As a male, sometimes it can be hard to talk about your body. I have never been happier, then I have been in the past couple of months. I lost a whopping 5KG that put me into a spiral effect from my time during a show I participated in. Why? How? What is my own advice for you?
