Mental episode today! Like seriously, wow! Now I'm 10 years older I can finally put everything together and realise that me and my friends were groomed from a young age. A really deep and somewhat difficult episode to talk about in all honesty. Appreciate the love as always. x

Being ‘real’ isn’t always perfect. Before this podcast, I had some technical issues that rattled me, which explains the snippiness in the first 10 minutes. 😅 But it’s amazing how quickly she disarmed me, and by the end, I really enjoyed the episode. 🥰 I get so passionate about making each episode perfect, but sometimes it’s just not possible. I mean, ‘Lost’ ran for 6 seasons, and they were all pretty mediocre. It’s good to be a ‘Lost’.
