Growing up in the 313 (Detroit), he had to deal with living a house with 10 other people. His biggest challenges came when he walked out the door and encounter a community riddled with gangs, violence and despair. He lacked focus throughout his entire school career, dealing with tremendous setbacks, bullying, and failures.
