She went in for a weight loss surgery but ended up in a coma for two weeks. After losing her home, car and relationships, she had relearn how to walk and use her limbs again. She had to recover in three different states in three different homes, and she had to learn some very uncomfortable truths about her family and herself. But her biggest blow came when she was informed that while she was in a coma, her fiancé got married to someone else.  Tiyuana steps in the ring and tells her story.
