But if you look at it through the lens of statutory timelines, forensic accounting, and political convenience, the "Lone Wolf" theory falls apart. It is statistically and logistically impossible.

We are being told that Rahmanullah Lakanwal was a relic of the 2021 withdrawal. The paper trail proves otherwise.
