Keith makes his 3rd appearance on the show. You most likely know him as the Groza finalist for the Hawks from 2016-2020, and the guy who shattered both Wolverine and Husker hearts across the land. He now works for Holmes Murphy in Waukee as well as running his own kicking business both of which we discuss at length.
