A lot of people try out meditation once or twice and think 'wow i must be doing something wrong because all i'm doing is thinking about my problems'. Whereas the issue in most cases is giving up. It's like anything, if you want the results you're after you have to do it consistently over time.

Please hear me when I say this. Happiness is a dish made from multiple ingredients and the main one is yourself and your values. Treat money like it's the lemon squeeze or salt on top, not like it's the fkn potato. If you're looking for happiness like the rest of us, work on feeding your mind, body and soul. These are the things that will get you there and money is not it.

Talking to people, making new friends, socialising... Your experience with these things is heavily influenced by how you grew up so if you find it uncomfortable, don't worry. Your perspective is not permanent, it can change.

Consciously programming and empowering yourself through adjusting the words of the voice in your head will lead you to a happier life.

Death is like taxes, we can't avoid it. It's a reality of life but it's not often talked about.

Truth is it can be uncomfortable to make offers and ask for money for your products or services if you're new to it. If you full heartedly believe in what you do there's nothing but practice holding you back from getting the result you're after. Don't let yourself get in the way of yourself and what you're worth.

Hindsight is beautiful. Every event or situation is bringing an equal amount of gifts and pain. The universe is in balance.

If you let your (probably inaccurate) perception of other peoples "successful" lives on social media affect your own self-esteem negatively sh*ts gotta change.

Look at yourself instead of at others. You're good enough so stop pretending you're not.
