Tony Rubbo here, and I’d like to introduce you to The Keyholder Meditation Course.
Having taught meditation for over 25 years in a variety of schools, businesses, and community groups, I decided to create a free 12-week meditation course, which will become available early January 2020 on most podcast platforms.
In my life, I’ve spent over 30,000 hours meditating, teaching meditation, writing about meditation, and studying various forms of meditation. Including buddhist-based Zen, Hindu-based Mantra, Christian-based Contemplative Prayer, secular Mindfulness, and movement-based Yoga.
And out of this, I’ve developed a distinct form of meditative practice.
I call it Keyholder Meditation. It utilizes meditation in order to benefit us practically in everyday life. i.e. lending us the “keys” to otherwise closed doors in our lives.
It takes from Eastern Spirituality which focuses on inner development and one’s personal journey to peace and blends in Western Philosophy which focuses on outer achievement and an empirical search for truth.
By the end of the Keyholder Meditation Course, I will have shared with you the tools I've learned over a life-time dedicated to meditation and spirituality.
