2 oz. raspberry vodka
1 oz. sweetened lime juice
2 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. grenadine
3 oz. prosecco

Combine first four ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass. Top with float of prosecco. Garnish with raspberries.

1 oz. blanco tequila
1 oz. sweet and sour mix or lemon/simple syrup or margarita mix
1 oz. triple sec
Cola

Shake ingredients over with ice and strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Float cola on top and garnish with a lime wheel.

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Top with a float of prosecco. Garnish with two cherries.

1 egg
1/4 oz. rum
1/4 oz. kirschwasser
1 1/2 Kajafa or port

Add egg to shaker with a few cubes of ice. Shake vigorously to emulsify and froth. Add the rest of the ingredients and more ice. Shake again. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with cherries.

EL PADRINO

1 oz. grenadine
1 oz. rum
1 oz. pineapple juice 
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1/2 oz. lemon juice

Add grenadine to tall glass and fill with ice. Add the rest of the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into the tall glass. Garnish with flaming lemon. and sprinkle with cinnamon to shoot sparks.

UNICORN ON THE RUN

Frosting and sprinkles
Cotton candy
1 1/2 oz. vodka
2 oz. cranberry juice
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
1/2 oz. lemon juice

Rim glass with frosting and sprinkles. Let sit for 30 minutes. Fill martini glasses with cotton candy. Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over cotton candy.  Garnish with popcorn and more cotton candy.
