Michael Lee Lockhart was born in Walbridge, Ohio on September 30th, 1960. Not much is known about his early life. Lockhart was busted for driving a stolen Chevrolet Corvette in Beaumont, Texas by Officer Paul Hulsey, Jr. Backup found Hulsey dead in the motel room. An all-point bulletin was issued for the Corvette and was soon spotted. A high-speed chase led to a crash leading to Lockhart's capture on March 22nd, 1988. Evidence of his crimes were found in the car. He would be convicted of Officer Hulsey's murder and sentenced to death in Texas. Get bonus content on Patreon
