Michael Blewett and I sat down to talk about Divorce and so much more came up. 

The talk behind our 'templates' was a massive takeaway for me on how we are programed very early on to what that is.  Are we willing to challenge that template if it is no longer serving our highest good? Will will talk about that. 

Shame, Guilt, Resentment, Sadness are just a few words that come with the territory of making the decision to get divorced (or go through a break up).  I wanted to have this conversation to continue to bring light to a conversation that can be met with love, kindness, and healing ... if we choose to. 

With the seasons changing, I want to talk about this new season in my life and how I am (we all are) a work in progress.  Let's talk about it.

Hard conversation can come in many facets.  This one was hard because they never had it before.  We let ourselves believe we can not show up a certain way, but when we break it down it boils down that we haven't had that conversation (1) yet (2) enough times (3) more and more times.  Practice makes 'perfect' and we will talk about that on today's Dear Kim.  

I also touch on hard conversations where there is a competing belief, values, etc. You will be better prepared this time around.
