We have to make it to where it's normal for us to be able to process through trauma. We need to make sure that the dark nasty energy that convinced us things were good doesn't come back. We need to be able to watch a movie have a feeling about that movie from our past with a person and recognize that we're still processing the trauma that we experience. It's okay to have memories it's not okay to ignore them and not process them so that you can be better on the other side.

So I'm not sure if you know but I actually have a weekly radio show that we critique movies or maybe we should say review movies. We're on 785 live on the internet and the show is called Keith the critic presents the aisle seat. Now that I am once again by myself I have started to get back into planning different things to do this year. But one thing I know I need to do is get out of the house so I can meet new people and open myself up to the possibility of maybe meeting somebody that will not be an asshole. I'm sure I'll meet a lot of them on the way but I know that I will find someone who actually appreciates me.

I don't understand why people you date turn around and do what you told them would hurt you to you again? It just doesn't seem right that when you tell someone that this is how you were hurting the past and they promise to never do it to you, they turn around and do the exact same thing to you! So basically my question is why do some men have to be such a dick?

It's a little bit tough getting old. I wouldn't change it but even in Nashville when you're sitting at the bars and there's so many people your kids age around you it's just a little bit harder to seek out fun when you're just trying to meet new people. But if you just give it a little time and do not give up it can happen.

There are tons of people in Nashville. But the one thing that I always pay attention to is the customer service.

What did Tyson and I find out at the Spirit Mind and Body fair?

Well we head out today for her Nashville adventure. I also was triggered by a post from a coach on social media. She was saying that people with sarcasm are never good leaders. My question to you is how do you deal with your past traumas?

I love doing bus trips. I've been doing them for over 12 years. All the shows that we see are amazing. But this show was at the right time in my life and I needed it. The energy from this music is awesome! If you can see this musical you need to get tickets!
