How can someone have their own truth. Being open to others thoughts and opinions makes you more likely to be able to help someone. People are all different. It’s the best part about being human.

Me and Joni going back and forth about running, sound bowls, dinosaurs , and the hell knows what else!

Talk about mental health and why I think there is so much depression, suicide, affairs, drug use. I am trying to help spread the word that it is ok to be vulnerable. It’s ok to tell people something that maybe they think should be off the table. I love you all so much, and want you all to know I am here for you, and that I love you so so much. Keep your heads up. Life is hard, but life can be so so so beautiful!!

I read “can’t hurt me” by David Goggins , and he talks about taking souls. Well I tried that this evening in the sauna, and almost passed out of heat stroke.
