I just wanted to do a podcast that gave thanks where thanks is owed. I talk about me as a kid, and how I was so nervous to talk around people that I had to create an alter ego to feel accepted. I talk about being bullied, and how my brother that is 4 years younger than me had to beat up my bully, because I was too scared to stand up for myself. Just really getting back in touch with the real me on this podcast.

I talk about the inconsistencies about mask wearing, and how common sense doesn’t seem like a real thing anymore. At the end, I talk about having genuine, true connection with your children, to be able to provide the best life for them!

I think this is a really great movie to watch, considering what is happening right now in our world. Feels like we could wake up one day, and our freedoms might all be gone, and we are having it happen so slowly, and so carefully, that we don’t even realize it.

I think anxiety is caused by our true self being disconnected from the life we are choosing to live. I talk about things that have helped me with my anxiety, and hope the information is helpful to some people. I talk a little bit about high school Tyler, and about confirming to others wants of you, and how living for others will create a feeling of anxiousness.
