Today my guest inspires us with her sweet soul. Erin Smith shares her experiences working with students as a school social worker after getting her Master's Degree in Social Work from UNLV and receiving her Clinical License as well as the impact of generational trauma within families. We talk about the gifts and challenges of motherhood and Erin shares about creating her business Picnics In The LV. We also shed some tears of grief over the past and reminisce on some hilarious high school memories. I've known Erin for 20 years and her pure heart has always inspired me. Las Vegas based fine artist & illustrator Joseph Watson & his wonderful wife Tamara join us today. He began his art career by airbrushing t-shirts in a friend's front yard to renting out a small space at the Roadium swap meet in L.A., meeting Mr. Cartoon & taking his advice of attending the L.A. Trade Tech for sign painting, then graduating from the Prestigious art Center College of Design in Pasadena where he was exposed to many different disciplines, working for a video game company & painting his first collection, to running his own fine art gallery for 12 years in the Arts Factory in the LV Arts District, raising their son, illustrating children's books, being part of history at the Historic Westside Legacy Park with his portraits of 36 influential African Americans that paved their way in Las Vegas, the art of time management & so much more. Our conversation reminds us of the power of beginning where you are with what you have, the importance of enjoying what you do, making it authentic and creating your own opportunities.

Today is a very special day because Charlie Peaches joins us. From an early public life in sports, to years in corporate leadership and eventually home to the garden and the village, Charlie shares his wisdom, struggles and revelations experienced on his journey to freedom. From seeding to sprouting, nature has a way of healing us and showing us the way through. From founding Allegro Land and Lifestyle Co. in his neighborhood of Blue Diamond, Nevada bringing gardens back to the backyard, caring for others, to sharing his path home to his truth and the darkness in between - this heartfelt conversation was truly an honor to be a part of. Failure. What is it and how does it serve us? Early life failure felt like not being picked for the team or giving the wrong answer in school. Through time however, the past becomes alchemized and peace finds its way through the "failures" of life. King Pollys Husband joins me as a wonderfully inspiring alchemist turning his past pains into wisdom. From life being a spiral of themes we return to, to the challenges of turning ideas into reality, King Polly's dark age and the ascent out of it in 2014, the silver linings of failures, conquering self doubt, remembering our divinity and maybe one day having success. lol. Today I sat down with the crochet queen behind Handmade Sisters, Alyssa Stegman. Her business has evolved since beginning with her two sisters 2 years ago. From learning how to crochet off of YouTube 7 years ago, to creating beautiful items with intention and love for loved ones and eventually building the confidence necessary to  begin selling on Etsy and through Instagram. We talk about the joy that comes from sharing our gifts with the world, social media fears of what to post, loss, grief + remembrance, and resisting perfectionism.
