Today I sit down with the founder of the Las Vegas yoga community Home Means Yoga, Jessica Ain. We met in yoga teacher training in 2015 in downtown Las Vegas. Jessica is a Las Vegas native passionate about bringing mindfulness to all people. She has been teaching within the school system for over a decade and is currently getting her PhD in special education. Her heart is as big as the ocean and our conversation is sure to inspire you. Today I sit down with everybody's favorite King Pollys Husband and we share about the importance of communication in all relationships and how to be in authentic communion with another. We delve into experiencing the ego as a wall in the way of effective communication, trauma and the past's hold over us, seeking peace, working through family separations, trusting life and King Pollys Husband shares a simple breathing exercise called "box breath"  that is good for calming down an anxious nervous system. Sourcing small harvests of quality teas from independent growers. Today I sit down with the creators behind Desert Cactus Films, a Las Vegas based production company or as I call them: the great and magical visual storytellers of Vegas - Danny Chandia and Rachel Johnson.
