In this episode, we talk about why the Lord said let this cup pass. Many people assume that it was Christ’s human nature, his natural inclination to not want to suffer that made Him say ‘let this cup pass’, but we look at it from a different perspective showing the real reason why He said this and what it meant for not only Him, but also for us. We look at the importance not only of God’s will but also of His timing, and how this relates to letting the cup pass. Sometimes we too need to be willing to let this cup pass. We need to make the choice today to pray for God’s will to be done in His perfect timing. 

In this episode, we look at God’s role as our refuge. We look at the characteristics that make Him our refuge. We look at His protection of us, His sheltering of us, and the hope that we find in Him. We go throughout scripture to look at how exactly we find refuge in Him and what it means for our daily lives. During the storms of life, the dark times when we’re being attacked by the enemy and the times when everything feels upside down, we don’t have to live in confusion, fear and anxiety, we can be freed and find refuge in God. Let’s make the choice today to go to the secret place of the Most High.

In this episode, we look at the importance of understanding the dark devices of the devil. His plans and his ways of operating never change, and understanding them helps us greatly in our spiritual warfare. His mode of operation is darkness, we see why exactly this is and what it means for us as the people of God. Isaiah laid out a few of the enemy’s most effective devices that we can find him using all around us today. We look at how we can come against these attacks and take a stand for Christ today. 

In this episode, we look at the Lord’s breath. We look at what exactly it is and does. We also look at how the Lord has used it in the past and how He’s still using it right now today. We go throughout scripture to see when the Lord breathed on Adam, and also when He breathed on His disciples, and the connection between them. The Lord is breathing right now, and it makes it even that much more special when we really understand what it is and how it works. Let’s make the choice today to let the Lord breathe on us.

In this episode, we look at the story of Onesimus. He’s a little known Bible character, but he has an amazing story that we can learn from, and it makes it all the more amazing that we find part of our own story in his. We look at how Onesimus came to faith, his relationship to Philemon, we look at his interactions with Paul and we look at the time and place where he lived to see how it shaped him and his faith. There’s a lot of lessons we can learn from his story especially for this day and age we live in.

In this episode, we look at God’s message to the leaders of His people Israel, that was given through the prophet Ezekiel. The Lord became angry with the shepherds of that time because they were feeding themselves instead of the people and we find the same exact thing happening in the Church today. We look at what exactly this entails, what the shepherd’s job specifically is and what it means for us today. God will not allow His people to go hungry any longer, if we continue to trust the Lord, we will be fed abundantly with the meat of the Word of God.

In this episode, we look at greatness. We look at what exactly it is, how we as Christians should define it, and how we can actually go about achieving it in a practical way. Greatness is not some abstract, high, lofty ideal that sounds nice but is really unattainable, it is something that God has clearly defined and set forth in His Word. It’s something we can have and something that God desires for us to have. We go throughout scripture to show Paul’s journey to greatness and analyze what led up to him being great. We also study the principles we need to know to be great. Let’s make the choice today to do what’s necessary to be great in God’s eyes.

In this episode, we look at how the Lord prepared Paul for the ministry. We look at where Paul did his preparing and what exactly his preparation looked like. We then compare Jesus’ time of preparation to Paul’s. We look at the time that Jesus spent in the wilderness before His earthly ministry began. The time spent preparing makes all the difference because when it’s time to act we’re ready. Jesus and Paul learned this and we need to learn it too. Let’s make the choice today to open ourselves up to the preparation of the Lord and allow the Holy Spirit to work within us, so that’ll we’ll be ready to act when on our calling when the time comes.

In this episode, we look at the importance of conforming and transforming. We look at what they mean, how they’re similar and most importantly how they differ. As Christians, we are not only called to conform ourselves to the ways of the Lord, we’re to be transformed. We go throughout scripture to see what exactly this means, how exactly it happens and what this transformation looks like on a practical level. We were made for more than just conforming. Let’s make the choice today to allow the Lord to work in our hearts, we can be transformed.

In this episode, we look at God’s role as the Master Potter. We look at what exactly it means that he molds us, and how he does so. We also look at what our role is, and how we can properly fulfill our role, in the way that God would have us to. We also look at how God not only molds us outwardly, He also, and more importantly, molds us inwardly. We serve a great God, who cares so much and so deeply about us that he hand-formed us in our mother’s womb, and all throughout our lives He continues to mold us into who He wants us to be. Let’s make the choice today to submit ourselves to the molding of the Master Potter.
