  • S3E3: Digital Clutter

Backed by decades of experience producing exceptional clinical outcomes, Kintinu Telerehab connects recovery to everyday life. In this podcast, we explore hot topics in rehabilitation, the keys to personal growth and recovery, and how to apply it all to the real-world.

In this episode of Kintinu’d Conversations, Brad Dexter, Steve Kerschke, and Tim Benak sit down to discuss digital clutter. Digital clutter is like treating your devices as a junk drawer. You know how your phone or computer can start feeling sluggish after a while? Well, one reason for that could be digital clutter - all the random files, photos, and apps you accumulate over time. It can really cramp your style when you're trying to get stuff done or have some fun on your devices.

But here's the thing - having a cluttered digital space isn't just annoying, it can actually be risky for your security. So, it's a good idea to keep things organized and tidy. You can start by getting rid of things you don't need - like those old screenshots or duplicate files that are taking up precious space. And if there are apps you never use, uninstalling them is a great way to clear up some room too.
