• Melania Trump is now mad at Jimmy Kimmel and is urging ABC to take a stand after he made a joke about her being an "expectant widow"
• Shooting suspect Cole Thomas Allen is due to be arraigned in court today
• Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is proposing a new House map for Florida in order to gain 4 seats
• A Trump lover has proposed renaming Immigration & Customs Enforcement to National Immigration & Customs Enforcement so that they are referred to as NICE agents and Trump is promoting the change
• Trump went on 60 minutes last night since CBS now bows down to him. He thinks social media has made people mentally sick

• Last night at the White House Correspondentss dinner, there was a shooter. The suspect arrested is Cole Thomas Allen.
• Iran’s top diplomat has returned to Pakistan and Israel continues to strike Lebanon with Netanyahu ordering the Israeli army to "vigorously attack" Hezbollah in Lebanon
• Republican Thom Tillis says he’ll approve the nomination on Kevin Warsh despite last week saying he wouldn’t.
• In financial disclosures, Trump bought $51M in bonds in March. He’s now invested in Meta, Boeing, Nvidia, Microsoft, and has equity stakes in Bank of America and Wells Fargo

• The A team is heading back home per Trump’s orders. He said it’s too much traveling and too much work
• At least a dozen people, many children and women, have been wounded in south Lebanon due to Israeli strikes
• Technically Trump has until May 1st before he has to get approval from Congress to go past his 60 days of deployment under the 1973 War Powers Act yet there’s no actual clear legal avenue for Congress to force him to abide and past presidents have gone around it
• The US military has killed 2 more people and blown up a boat in Latin American waters claiming it was ferrying drugs. This brings their total to 183 people they’ve killed and yet they haven’t provided a single piece of evidence of actual drugs being trafficked
• Well, the Lincoln Memorial reflection pool has been drained and painting has begun.
• Tonight is the White House Correspondents dinner

• The DOJ has announced that they are bringing back federal execution methods that include firing squads, electrocution, and gas asphyxiation, saying it’s become too difficult to get the drugs for lethal injections
• TMZDC reporters attended a press conference with Secretary Hegseth and asked when the Dept of War would be called the Dept of Peace

Israel is intensifying their attacks on Lebanon
• The HHS rejects a new study that showed Covid 19 vaccines prevented hospitalizations
• Spirit Airlines is close to finalizing a a $500M bailout from the Trump administration
• Trump claims last night’s Virginia election results were rigged and now one of his Republican appointed judges has tossed out the results and claims the redistricting was unconstitutional and void from the start
• RFK Jr says that Trump has alternative ways of doing math, while Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick was asked about how his comments and the administrations' insulting Canada are ok and he said but Canada doesn’t put US spirits on their shelves
