I was told I have a steel mentality, but Suzuki thinks I have a tofu mentality.

I get calls that sound like complaints, or even sales being turned down.

It may feel like you are collecting one sample.

I think there are necessary disparities, acceptable disparities, and necessary incentives.

自由な社風で社員同士仲が良く、社内カップルから結婚もして同じ職場で働き続けています。

しかし、他の社員から夫婦感を出すのをやめてほしいとの声が出ました。

The company has a free corporate culture and employees get along well with each other, 

and they continue to work in the same office, even getting married from an in-house couple.

However, other employees have asked us to stop giving the impression of being a married couple.
