Joe talks about visiting his mother and grandmother's grave as a family, today happens to be his mom's birthday. He talks about the process he has taken to get through the 5 stages of grief and the difficulties that come along with it.

Kirk talks about his first week back at work and his second week with his son Dylan at home. He talks about the challenges and struggles for him and his sweetheart adjusting to life with their new addition.

Joe talks about his experience at Country Fan Fest with his wife Ash. Joe and Kirk go over some steps to reframe challenges to help better respond and conquer to life's challenges.

We're so excited to hear from Joe's wife Ashley. To hear her unique and amazing story, and how she got to where she is today. She has completed the requirements to become a Substance Abuse Disorder Counselor. So she can use her experiences to help others achieve the same success as she did in her own recovery. We are so thankful to have her share her story.

How he continue's on the healthy path of recovery, also to be forgiven himself for wrongs he may of done to others while in his active addiction.

Kirk goes over thoughts of struggle, and how easy it is to be displaced and miss the good in life. Joe and Kirk talk about how it is not easy to show up every week, even when you don't feel like it, but to remember why you do, for others that may be counting on you.

Joe and Kirk talk about the court system and how tough it can be.

Kirk also talks about the difference between connection and addiction and how it encourages him to step out of his social anxiety, and into connection and conversation with others.
