Joe and Kirk go over their wins and lessons. Some exciting news, Joe got one of his cases expunged! He also talks about the trunk or treat held at Usara and the HOA meeting he attended. Kirk talks about another grueling work week and how it's affecting his work life balance.

The main topic for today is how to be SMART.

Specific - Measurable - Achievable - Relevant - Time.

They dive into what each of these words mean and how to apply it to the norms of daily life and life in recovery.

Joe talks about the struggles and Wins of dealing with his expungement process. He also goes over how thankful he is of the abundance of love that has been shown to him by his village, writing letters of support to help his expungment.
