Hero Motorsports' Ross Branch won the stage from seventh place today, putting time on HRC Monster Energy Honda's Ricky Brabec but Brabec performed a master class in Dakar Rally racing and only lost 32 seconds to his closest rival. 

Brabec controlled the race stage completely, leading every kilometer from start to finish and collecting every possible bonus second on stage. Even without the bonus time gathered today, Brabec would be leading the 2024 Dakar Rally by around four minutes over Branch.

Brabec's Honda teammate Adrien Van Beveren came in third, just past three minutes down. Nacho Cornejo had a mechanical issue today with a fuel pump in his Honda, knocking him out of podium consideration. 

The race comes down to the final day tomorrow. Tune in and enjoy the ride!
