Jesus is brought before Pilate. We will look at 2 questions that Pilate asks... Who is Jesus and what then will we do with Jesus.

We will look at Jesus in the garden again. this is the second part of our look at Jesus in Gethsemane. We see from his example 5 practical steps to fighting despair in our own lives.

Jesus wrestles in the garden of Gethsemane with the consequences of love. The cross awaits him and he prays to his father for help.

Jesus eats the passover with his disciples. As he does his mind is firmly fixed on his death and he takes the bread and the wine and gives them a new meal of remembrance.

Jesus prophecies the distraction of the temple in Jerusalem. This prophecy came true in AD70. Since this came true we must listen and prepare for his return. We don't know when it will be therefore be ready today!

Jesus teaches on pride in living and pride in giving. He sees the humble and contrite spirit of a poor widow and uses her life as an illustration of true humility and generosity.

The greatest commandment is an eternal commandment given to us by God. It is not a rule but a relationship, it is not about rule keeping but about a love received. We are to love the Lord our god with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and our neighbour as ourself.

Our view of life after death and heaven must be based on truth not folk lore. The trust comes from God through his word. Jesus teaches us about the resurrection of the death and the new life we can have with him.

Jesus address a delicate subject of paying taxes. We must learn to honour God with our money.

Jesus tells the parable of the vineyard workers to the Jewish leaders. He tells them that all God wants from us is what is rightfully his. He expects us to be fruitful and to respect and honour Him.
