Jesus reinforces his teaching to his disciples as he leads them through the storm. They learn to rely on Jesus, to live in the presence of Jesus and depend on the power of Jesus.

Jesus is changing lives and building his kingdom. His kingdom is made up individuals saved by God's grace, shining and growing and sowing. His kingdom will never cease to grow. Expect great things from God.

Everyone loves a story. Jesus is a great story teller. But his stories are parable with spiritual lessons. They ultimately lead us to Jesus for understanding and most importantly for salvation.

Jesus calls us to belong to his family. There is no other family that compares to the family of God. It is eternal and in it we will never be rejected. We will always belong.
