We sometimes try and complicate things, looking of fast tract methods of spiritual growth. The Bible teaches that the Spirit matures us slowly. We need to patiently wait in the right environment where he can work.

There is a battle raging. Whether we like it or not we have to fight. It is a battle against sin. the battle field is your mind. Are you fighting?

Who am I? In Christ am am a seeker and thinker of Christ and enveloped in God destined from glory.

Jesus is worthy of our service and worship. There in nothing better in life than know and serving Jesus as our Savior.

remember your creator while you are young and able.

Solomon gives us permission to enjoy life. However enjoying life begins with enjoying God.

Solomon's conclusion (v10)

1. get saved and obey God

2. remove vexation and bitterness

3. repent of sin

4. mature in the Lord

As we study Colossians 1v21-23 I pray you would be left saying 'There is no one like Jesus in my life, he is all I need.' We will look at the before and after snap-shot of your life, rejoicing in Jesus as Savior and sustainer of you life

Risk can not be avoided. Since risk is part of life, we need godly wisdom to risk our life for God. So let's take some godly risk for God and the gospel.

The church (you and me) exist to proclaim that Jesus is preeminent over all things. If the church doesn't get excited by Jesus, no one will!

It doesn't take much to be a fool, just one unchecked area of your life. You need to examine your heart before God and repent and turn to God. God alone is the source of wisdom
