In this episode, I share a few lessons I learnt from this book. It’s definitely going to inspire you Know How you can achieve lots by starting with those steps you call small. With the use of examples, I went through the 3 essential layers to work on as we change our habits and what he meant by not focusing on goals but systems. Towards the end, I also shared the four laws of behavioural change: make your habits obvious, easy, attractive and satisfying. I personally saw lots of theories that I applied in the past when I wanted to change my sleeping habits. I can't wait to continue to use the knowledge that I got from this book.
