In this episode, I'm just rambling about all the random things I have learned over the years. It's definitely a short and sweet episode, but hopefully, you can learn a couple of things that you maybe have never heard before. I hope you guys enjoy it!
Hey guys! It's been a while, but I've got a new episode talking about everything I want in my future house. I'm basically just describing my future house Pinterest board and I highly recommend making your own. So sit back, relax, get your cup of coffee and listen to me ramble about how I want to live in a farmhouse.
In today's episode, I talk about how I started getting into fitness, and the journey that led me to where I am today. I talk about how I got into it, why I started, and where I am today. I also bring up some things that I have been doing during quarantine since I haven't been able to go to the gym and probably won't go until it's safe.
