Monoclonal antibodies are used to treat cancer. Or is it asthma? Skin conditions? Wait, didn't we use those for covid, too?? The answer is yes! Jody reviews the basic mechanism of these versatile medications as well as their naming conventions and a bit about how they are discovered.

Rob recalls his experiences working in Madison County, AL during the tornado outbreak on April 27th, 2011. This interview was recorded in 2011, about a month after the storms hit. It was done using a handheld recorder with the intention of producing a written account, so the audio quality is not great.
