Nervous System Regulation Insights through a trauma informed lens with Cori Wilkie, Founder of KOA.
Welcome to KOA Unplugged. I’m Cori Wilkie, founder of KOA, and I’m…
In each episode, I speak with professionals from a diverse range of backgrounds, hearing their stories, learning about their work, and exploring how they have found greater balance and regulation within their own nervous systems.
I’m curious about the different ways we understand and work with the nervous system, and what we can learn from approaches that may be different from our own. Through these conversations, I invite you to discover new perspectives, challenge familiar ideas and consider what regulation might look and feel like for you.
Every episode is grounded in a trauma-informed approach and is an invitation to stay curious, explore different ways of thinking, and deepen our understanding of ourselves, our nervous systems and one another.
This is KOA Unplugged — honest conversations, diverse perspectives and a shared curiosity about what helps us feel more regulated, connected and at ease.
IMPORTANT
Remember, you are always in choice when listening to these podcasts. Do what is right for you and your body. Some episodes contain distressing material about trauma.
