Lyon County detectives now believe there was foul play involved in the disappearance of 60-year-old Toni Davis, who has been missing since the end of April. This after finding evidence in her home. Investigators are looking for a blue Chevy truck, with the license plate number 800-UPT. Davis is white, about 5'6" and between 150 and 170 pounds with brown/gray hair and hazel eyes. Lyon County Sheriffs say they have no reason to believe there is any threat to the community.

The Mayor of Reno made some news on KOH's Dan Mason Show. She announced the imminent removal of some blighted, fenced off old motels in the downtown core, across from the Circus-Circus.

Sparks Police have made an arrest in Tuesday mornings shooting death at a 22nd street motel. 32 year old Michael Carmazzi is facing a first degree murder charge.The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of relatives. According to Sparks Police the body was found after the suspect himself told a woman staying at the motel that there was a dead body in one of the rooms.

Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve says she's focusing on dealing with blight in the downtown area, and made a big announcement on KOH's Dan Mason Show.

The city of Reno is trying to get the budget in place for the coming year, but it's being rejected by the mayor because key priorities being pressed by the council were left out. There's no money in the new spending plan for code enforcement or new police officers.
