The Reno Police Department says a man with a lengthy criminal record was sentenced to four to eleven years in prison yesterday. Police say Eric Lennox was originally arrested nearly a year ago on a variety of charges. Repeat Offender detectives determined that Lennox has ten prior felony convictions dating back to 1985. They also, ultimately charged him with 29 fraud, theft, identity theft and financial crimes with multiple victims. However, following plea negotiations Lennox pleaded to one count of obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person. Judge Lynne Simons sentenced Lennox and ordered that he pay 180 dollars in restitution.
