The Washoe County Sheriff's Office has closed Carol Drive in Sun Valley while they investigate a suspicious device.

It was a terrifying scene caught on cell phone cameras Saturday in Sparks as a man drove the wrong way up an offramp onto Interstate 80, around 4pm. Civilian drivers are credited with boxing the man in until authorities arrived and took him into custody. Police say the driver may have had a medical incident and most likely will not be charged with a crime.
