A Sparks man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for a Sun Valley robbery, after blood left at the crime scene provided DNA evidence that led to his arrest. 38-year-old Kalum Fortune was sentenced on robbery and burglary charges. Fortune went into the B&T Market in Sun Valley January 24th and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. During the robbery, he broke display items and knocked over a cash register, injuring himself leaving the blood at the scene that led to his arrest and conviction.
