A Dayton man has been convicted of first degree murder, in the death of his sister in law. 56 year old James Hamrick was convicted in the shooting dead of 60 year old Toni Marie Davis. Both of them disappeared on April 28th, Mrs Davis's body was found three weeks later. The small caliber weapon used in the crime was also found. Sentencing is pending.
