Three men who stole ski passes from Heavenly Valley Ski Resort were all sentenced Monday. 25 year old Angelo R. Bosen from South Lake Tahoe, 22 year old Tim Jacobsen from Minden, and 21 year old mark Graham from Gardnerville were arrested after getting caught selling the passes on Craigslist last year, and all three were given probation. Officials says the passes were worth around $116,000 dollars.

The last few years have been a struggle for Nevada solar companies, but thanks to new legislation passed in the last Nevada session, residential solar is economically viable again. It's allowed companies like Reno-based Sunworks to expand, which wants to hire more than two dozen people by the end of the year.
