I-80 west of Reno closed because of a brush fire along I-80, on the California side of the state line. Sierra Front says the fire is across the interstate from Mystic, between Verdi and Floriston. Cal Fire, which says the fire has burned about 600 acres, is helping the US Forest Service with the firefight. Erica Hupp with the U-S Forest Service says the fire started along the westbound lanes, which could indicate some potential causes.
