The Sparks Police Department was called out to a fight between neighbors at about 8pm yesterday evening at an apartment complex on El Rancho. The fight included one of the parties being bitten by a dog.

Investigators with the Sparks Police Department have determined that the death of a person last Wednesday on Prater was a homicide.
