The suspect who fled the scene of an officer involved shooting last Thursday that sent a Reno cop to the hospital, and another suspect to the morgue, has been caught in Plumas County. 17 year old Erick Bernal was stopped for a traffic violation in Portola, California at about five this morning, then was arrested without further incident.
